March '10 - Big news...
It's on! I'm heading back to Canada - this time for 4 months!!! I'm psyched. Things have steadily improved and a good, solid foundation is coming back (which feels so good!). I don't leave until May but we all know two months can pass by pretty fast. Until then I've got Oceania's coming up, a few local events, and I'm still working with plenty going on there to keep me busy.
January '10 - A new year
Welcome to lisamorganmtb 2010! I've got some great plans underway for this year and am getting well back in to the swing of things having shaken off (I sincerely hope!) last years run on injuries. 2009 brought more than it's share of challenges, so in 2010 I hope to capitalise on some of the learnings. Join me as the adventure continues...
